Having travel insurance in place protects you from unexpected costs while you are away. If you were to fall unwell and had to be taken to hospital while you were away, having travel insurance would cover your emergency medical expenses. Travel insurance can also cover you against things like lost luggage, cancellation due to unexpected illness and missing a flight due to adverse weather or strikes.
Some countries may even require you to have travel insurance to enter.
TravelGeo is here to help protect you so you can enjoy your adventure without any worries.
You have a right to claim any unforeseen medical treatment you may need while you are away on your adventure.

Your travel insurance policy will give you the right to make a claim after the event, which means that you will need to pay for any costs upfront in most cases and then make a claim to us. But that does not mean it is a good idea to go on an adventure without it. No one can predict when a flight gets cancelled or when baggage gets lost. This is where travel insurance can help keep the right to make a claim.
If you don’t have travel insurance and something goes wrong, you could be paying for expensive medical treatment out of your own pocket which would ruin your adventure.
If you need to make a claim, whether it is a non-emergency or emergency, you can contact claims by Calling 0203 475 3630.
It is very important that you make your claim as soon as possible and you have all relevant policy documents ready before getting in touch.
You should take out your travel insurance policy as soon as you have booked your holiday. This way you have a right to make a claim if you cannot go on holiday because you are ill or have been made redundant and can receive your money back.
